The spring leaf holds each nut in position while you align the fixing, so it can be inserted anywhere along a T-slot rather than threaded in from the end – the practical difference when you are adding a shelf to a bench that is already built. Supplied in packs of 24. M6 is the lighter-duty option, suited to shelving, cable management, tool rails and signage.
